FInal Post Reflection
I had no expectation when I signed up for this class and I didn't know what to expect when taking this class. In terms of the course load and the professor who was teaching it. The first day of class it seemed like a class that I would like. It seemed like it was interesting the and professor didn't seem boring which is always a plus. This class in retrospect did teach me many things about organizations that I didn't know before. I think what helped the most in my learning experience was the prelecture quizzes and these blog posts. The prelecture quizzes helped because they made me look in-depth at the slides and that was how I was able to answer the questions, and they made you look in-depth into the slides because it wasn't just straight definitions, but rather sometimes applying what was on the slides to the quiz. This was used in the first half of the semester then they stopped halfway through, I forgot the reasoning to it but it was abandoned, which I think actual
